-The front desk is open 24 hours a day, but please contact us if you plan to arrive after 24:00. -Please note that we are a cashless hotel. Please note that we do not accept cash when paying at the front desk. You can settle your bill by credit card or QR code payment. -There is no affiliated parking lot or on-site parking space. If you are coming by car, please use the coin parking nearby. -For stays of 3 nights or less, there is no cleaning or linen change during consecutive nights. (Towels and bath towels are provided for each guest.) -For 4 nights or more, we will clean the room every 3 days. (Free of charge / The first cleaning will be done on the morning of the 4th day.) -Additional cleaning is available for a fee. (2000 yen per time / reservation must be made by the day before the stay) -Smoking is not permitted in the guest rooms or in the building. Please take off your shoes before entering the guest rooms. Please ask the front desk staff if you wish to borrow items (limited quantity). We do not accept reservations in advance. -Please check the e-mail you will receive before check-in before coming to the hotel. -For plans that include breakfast, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged 3 days prior to check-in, and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged 7 days prior to check-in. -In accordance with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government regulations, a separate accommodation tax (100 yen per person per night for a room charge of 10,000 yen or more but less than 15,000 yen, and 200 yen per person for a room charge of 15,000 yen or more) must be paid onsite.
